Our Signature Dish: Oven-baked salt cod

A traditional Portuguese recipe prepared with the best North Sea cod, caught and salted by fishermen while still on the high seas.

A thick steak of salt cod, seasoned with olive oil and garlic and baked in the oven at 250ºC (482ºF), served with roasted “punched” potatoes and onions cooked slow-cooked in olive oil.
